A collection of super sharp, hammer-forged finish knives using three-layer Japanese steel. The knives are made in the world-renowned Japanese knife city of Seki, Japan by Shizu Hamono.  Compared with European kitchen knives, Japanese blades are thinner, lighter and sharper.
